Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Cake




2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs

1 cup peanut butter
4 bananas, mashed
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 cup semisweet mini-chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease bundt pan.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, peanut butter, and eggs. Stir in banana and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda. Gradually add to banana mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in sour cream and fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven for 80-90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from oven & cool 20 minutes. Remove from pan & cool completely.
