Apple Bread

With 2 cups of sugar, this can hardly be considered health food, but it is soooo good! My family will have both loaves devoured by tomorrow.


Apple Bread


3 eggs, beaten

1 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups sugar

3 cups self rising flour

3 cups fresh apples, chopped

1 cup coconut

1 cup chopped pecans


Mix first five ingredients together. Fold in apples, coconut, and pecans. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
